Identified nuanced cultural barriers/dynamics and core needs; wrote a scenario that includes an "avatar" used in key trainings that corrected technical instruction confusion and improved skills for medical doctors who are authorized to conduct immigrant medical  evaluations representing Australia, South Africa, Korea, Canada, New Zealand, the UK and USA.

Served as strategic consultant, advisor to HR director and senior management; provided comprehensive support of company reorganization; identified process improvements and facilitated intergroup interventions that improved employee relations, collaboration between underwriting and distribution towards enhanced profits.            

La Universidad de La Republica in Uruguay, 2015 
Large scale change initiative for sole, “federally” funded hospital and medical education policies. Self-taught intermediate Spanish, interviewed and assembled a team via Skype. Results: fundamental expansion of Uruguay approach to professionalism policy and practice and an international partnership with GWU.
